Store Policy


We ship to adresses in the continental United States.

Once your order is placed with us, your shipping will be calculated at the check out based on weight and package size. Your shipping rates and deliveries are based on item availability and the shipping option you choose.

Please carefully inspect your packages as any package or product damage due to shipping will need to be reported and claim made to the carrier/ shipper


We hope you love your purchase but understand that due to ordering online, it just might not be the right fit. Regular priced apparel items can be exchanged for size or store credit within 7 days of the date you received your delivery. All sale items are final sale. 

Returns for regular priced apparel items are only accepted in new and unused condition, without any alterations or signs of wear, odors, perfumes or washing and with original tags still in tact. We can only accept returns postmarked within 7 days of your delivery date for a store credit or store exchange only (must be postmarked within this time period).

Before shipping, all items are thoroughly inspected to insure you are receiving the best quality. Inspect your purchase upon delivery. In an event of our error or a manufacturer's defective item, you will need to contact us for approval of an exchange, store credit or refund if we are unable to replace your item.

Due to the nature of "Boutique" stores, we only order minimal quantities, sales are first come first served in order to provide customers with the uniqueness they desire from our boutique. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and original shipping will not be refunded.
Damaged packages or broken merchandise must be claimed through shipper.

Once we receive your eligible return, we will inspect, approve and process your store credit or exchange. It may take 3 to 5 business days for this process.

In the event you have contacted us regarding an error or defective item, we will process and inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your item and notify you if approved. Refunds issued are subject to the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us immediately upon discovery, with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly to your request.
